How do I unsubscribe from emails?

You can unsubscribe from MotorTrader emails through the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. Alternatively, if you have an account, please visit the subscriptions page to update your marketing preferences.

When will my advert be live?

Our team reviews every advert to ensure it appears in the best possible way before it goes live. This can take up to 24 hours, and you're not able to edit the advert in this time.

The advert's time on our site won't start until after the review and the advert is live. We appreciate your patience during this time.

We may send you an email if any details within the advert need to be changed. Please look out and respond to any emails from us to ensure the process is as quick as possible.

How do I delete my advert?

You can delete your advert by visiting your advert management area and selecting 'My adverts.' Please remember you won't be able to delete or edit your advert while it is processing.

Why can't I edit or remove my review?

Our review offering is provided by Feefo. You may request for your review to be removed by emailing Feefo at autotradersupport@feefo.com.

You can't edit a review once it is posted. If you'd like to edit your review, you should email us to delete it, and then write a new review.

Where is the review I posted?

Feefo monitor all of the reviews posted on MotorTrader. It is possible your review broke Feefo's content moderation guidelines designed to protect our website, our website users and our advertisers.

If your review was rejected, you may leave another review, which will be checked against Feefo's content moderation guidelines.

If you don't think the review breaks any guidelines, it is possible the review was flagged as suspicious. Feefo reserve the right to remove any review it believes not to be genuine.
