Katsha De Bank’s Golden Lamborghini Takes Kampala by Storm

Ugandan businessman and South Africa-based tycoon Katsha Debank is the talk of the town once again. Days after arriving in the country, Katsha has turned heads with his latest acquisition—a stunning 24-carat gold-coated Lamborghini valued at approximately 19 Billion Ugandan Shillings.

According to sources close to the businessman, Katsha initially purchased the vehicle in grey colour for around 3.5 million rands (Ksh29 million). Not one to settle for ordinary, he went the extra mile—investing an additional 2.7 million rands (Ksh22 million) to have the luxury sports car fully blinged out in gold.

Yesterday, the sangoma and car enthusiast took to the roads of Kampala for a much-anticipated test drive. As expected, the sight of the gleaming beast caused instant chaos and admiration in equal measure. Hundreds of Ugandans flooded the streets of downtown Kampala, capturing moments with the rare machine and gazing in awe at its majestic finish.

“This car is a dream. I’d sell my soul to ride in it,” one onlooker was overheard saying.

The golden Lamborghini is the third major addition to Katsha’s growing fleet of elite automobiles, which includes a Bentley and the latest Mercedes-Benz Cross Country. It was also revealed that Ugandan musician Bebe Cool is among the few local celebrities who have already had a firsthand look—and ride—in the multimillion-shilling vehicle.

Katsha De Bank first captured public attention last year after generously contributing $20,000 to Jose Chameleone’s charity party event. Now, with his golden chariot rolling through Kampala, he is once again cementing his reputation as a man of extravagant taste and undeniable influence.
